Refund Policy

We do offer a 30-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.

Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after the order was placed. All sales are final after 30 days.

SALE Return Policy — SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be refunded. No price adjustments on previous purchases

We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.  Holiday merchandise is Final Sale as of the date of the holiday.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.

If a store credit (rather than a refund) is issued for your return, it will be valid for one year from the date it is issued.

To make an exchange or return:

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition — with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.

If you would like to make a size exchange, please call and then we will proceed from that point.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.

Please include your invoice/order number in your return.

Use either UPS or USPS with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:

If you have any issues with your order after delivery, please make us aware of these within three days of delivery.
